News: Larkin Poe Announce Another Bluesfest Side Show

Larkin Poe, who will be performing at the Byron Bay BluesFest this year, have announced another side show. The duo is set to perform on Thursday 6 April and Friday 7 April, in Byron Bay as well as Bluesfest sideshows at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Sunday 9 April and a sold out show in Melbourne at Croxton Bandroom. Larkin Poe have now added an extra date for for Melbourne fans at the iconic Corner Hotel on Tuesday 11 April.

Larkin Poe is a roots rock band consisting of sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell. They are known for their blues, rock, and Americana sound. The name “Larkin Poe” is a nod to their great-great-great-grandfather, who was a distant cousin of Edgar Allan Poe.

Australian audiences will be able to hear tracks from the band’s new album ‘Blood Harmony’ during the upcoming appearances. The album was co-produced by Texas musician, Rebecca’s husband Tyler Bryant.
