Berlin-based producer and DJ Marlon Hoffstadt, known under the alias DJ Daddy Trance, is set to return to Australia for two exclusive shows this December. Following a sold-out run across the country earlier this year, Hoffstadt will perform at Munro Warehouse in Sydney on Friday 5 December and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne on Sunday 7 December.

These upcoming headline dates mark his first return since January 2025, where he debuted his audio-visual experience Daddycation to packed venues at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion and back-to-back nights at PICA in Melbourne. His January tour followed appearances at major summer festivals including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, and Lost Paradise.

Hoffstadt’s return comes amid a busy international schedule. His debut US set at EDC Las Vegas drew a large crowd, while his ongoing European summer includes a back-to-back performance with Malugi at The Cause in London and an upcoming sold-out five-hour set with Ki/Ki in Belgium.

Australia continues to be a stronghold for Hoffstadt’s fanbase, with Sydney and Melbourne ranking as his top two streaming cities globally. Singles like “Earthquake” and “It’s That Time” have received consistent support from local radio, including triple j, and helped cement his profile within the Australian dance scene.

Fusing ’90s Eurodance aesthetics with contemporary trance and techno, Hoffstadt’s approach to live performance emphasises connection, encouraging crowds to embrace the moment with his “phones down, eyes up” ethos.

With new music and remixes in the pipeline, his December return offers fans another chance to engage with one of Europe’s most dynamic underground electronic artists.
