In an association probably made in heaven, the 360 CLUB in Leeds have teamed up with the explosive FUDGE. to create NOTHING BUT NOISE, their first joint curated one-day festival showcasing some of the most exciting and innovative – and often noisiest – bands currently coming out of their home city, which will take place at LEEDS BELGRAVE MUSIC HALL on SATURDAY 21 MAY 2022.

TICKETS £10: https://www.skiddle.com/e/36030548

The event will be the first date on the FUDGE. co-headline UK tour with DIM IMAGERY and coincides with the release of their new five-track THE TOWN HALL SESSION EP on the same day. The one-day event will feature both bands plus five of the other most prominent acts from the city, as follows:

FUDGE.

MONEY TO BE MADE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MlPcAiWZuI

“Absolutely on fire; the wildest, most on-point guitar band I’ve seen since IDLES …” BBC 6 MUSIC

FUDGE. possess a confidence, an attitude, and a swagger, fostering a reputation for wild and breathless performances which, repeatedly, are eulogised by those who find themselves caught within the chaos. Their festival performances include Leeds and Reading and Bingley Weekender, while their previous releases have earned huge critical acclaim and been showcased on BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music.

DIM IMAGERY

THREE DEGREES: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__O7TKeLAW0

“A post-punk gem as witty and unhinged as their live performances …” YORKSHIRE EVENING POST

With slices of Gang Of Four, The Murder Capital and Talking Heads, DIM IMAGERY bring an intriguing and explosive approach to post-punk. Their new single, Three Degrees, was recently released and is as dark, danceable, and determined as their renowned live performance.

ALLORA

CREATURE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a7gM-Nre-xA

“Allora have mastered the art of melding enticing, catchy riffs with powerhouse vocals …” BABYSTEP

An entrancing alternative powerhouse of a band with slick riffs and epic harmonies, ALLORA thrive particularly on the live stage with deceptively simple, yet richly layered and complex rhythms adorned with scarily powerful vocals. They could easily become your new favourite band.

FLAT MOON

DEMISE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klAqzWKWtfM

“Flat Moon creates their own genre whilst clearly being influenced by them all …” THE GRYPHON

Part of the Monomyth Records family, FLAT MOON are a funk rock six-piece who share a love for chunky tunes and psychedelic silliness and a talent for blending modern and retro sounds. Their striking style and appearance – both on and off stage – should prepare you for their genre-bending music.

HELLE

PORNOGRAPHY: https://www.facebook.com/helleband/videos/417269739370405

“In your face in the best possible way; forceful, confrontational and with edge …” AURAL AGGRAVATION

After an apt comment was made in one of the band’s first year university kitchens, HELLE was formed. Their screaming vocals, screeching guitars, storming bass, and killer drums reveal a mixing pot of punk, grunge, and riot grrrl influences. Shouting about feminism probably never sounded so enthralling.

HOUSEHOLD DOGS

JESUS IN LEATHER: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drv3XraR7Z4

“Household Dogs have excelled themselves again …” TOM ROBINSON | BBC 6 MUSIC

Recalling the claustrophobic confines of 80s post-punk and dripping in new wave, HOUSEHOLD DOGS reveal their enigmatic world. Rhythms and melodies frame their poetic verse from which images of modernity, popular icons and Christ-like figures all emerge, swimming from the cathedrals of sound.

INFINITE CORNERS

I’M NOT THE ENEMY: https://infinitecorners.bandcamp.com/track/im-not-the-enemy-2

An alternative indie rock band with angular rhythms, an unerring post-punk bite and a psychedelic warmth, INFINITE CORNERS cite influences such as The Pixies, The Velvet Underground, Television and Roxy Music.
