HALIFAX’s lovely, all-conquering The Orielles are determined to bring a little light into our pervading winter with the announcement that they’re putting on a live-stream show from The Trades Club, Hebden Bridge, just down valley from their home patch, at 8pm on Saturday, December 5th.
It rounds off a year that saw them drop their acclaimed second album, Disco Volador, which saw Esmé, Sid and Henry spin ever groovier from that seductive, Postcard Records sound of their debut towards acid house, soundtracks and funk.
