The Veils have announced that they will be making their long-awaited return to Australia this November in support of their new double album, ‘And Out of the Void Came Love’, following a sold-out European tour.

This will be the band’s first Australian shows since 2009 and fans will be treated to an incendiary mix of songs from the new album plus cuts from their 20+ year career, from their lauded early Rough Trade albums ‘Nux Vomica’ and ‘Sun Gangs’, through to 2016’s incomparable ‘Total Depravity’ (produced by El-P of Run The Jewels).
Known for their distinctive, evocative sound and passionate live performances. Fronted by the enigmatic Finn Andrews, the band has consistently showcased a penchant for weaving intricate narratives with atmospheric music. Over the years, they’ve earned critical acclaim and a dedicated fanbase that admires their commitment to authenticity and artistry.
The Veils have toured consistently throughout their twenty year history and garnered a formidable reputations as one of the world’s greatest live bands. They have also been praised by directors Paolo Sorrentino, Tim Burton and David Lynch who have all used Veils music in their soundtracks.
