Indigo Face, aka Singer/songwriter Mariachiara Terragin and producer and multi-instrumentalist Maxime Obadia Are back following the release of their EP At the Gate, with a couple of remixes of the track Come a Close, and we are delighted to premiere Vienna artist Sora’s reimagining right here on backseat mafia.
He’s given the track some extra depth with his bass leanings, but there’s these wiry synth sounds that nod (occasionally) towards the garage as this sprawling percussion scatters over the back of it all, the vocal cut ups giving it this warm, slightly wobbly feel. Slowing down to catch its breath as it closes the chords wash over each other. Lovely stuff.
