Taken from his upcoming EP ‘Maya Blue’, Ziggy D’Amato shares the vibrant new single ‘Tina’s Nite Club’. We’re very excited to be running the premiere!

Showcasing a driving indie-rock energy, the track gives an exciting look at Ziggy’s infectious musical approach, managing to mix rock tendencies and thoughtful, more pop influenced moments.

Blending tasteful yet high octane, tight distorted guitar licks, bright vocal delivery and infectious melodies, ‘Tina’s Nite Club’ instantly captures the vibrant and exciting indie-rock sound. Progressing into an floating, ethereal chorus Ziggy’s effortlessly charismatic, silky toned vocals floats over strummed acoustics and picked electric guitar lines, contrasting brilliantly with the tone of the verse to emphasise the music beauty Ziggy can summon.

Speaking about the single, Ziggy explains:

“Tina’s Nite Club is the name of an infamous karaoke bar on the westside of Cleveland, Ohio. For the past three years, I’ve found myself at Tina’s nearly every weekend. I’ve been heartbroken and single during this time.

This song is sort of a caricature of my experiences being single and drunk, while ultimately desiring the traditional wife and kids thing which seems simultaneously counterintuitive to the idea of being single and drunk at a bar.”

Intensely catchy, exciting, full of energy but also demonstrating musical subtlety’s and some outrageous guitar licks, ‘Tina’s Nite Club’ is more than just a lot of fun, it’s a striking introduction to this up and coming talent, a mouth widening showcase of what he can do.

Keep an eye out for more coming from Ziggy soon, he’s definitely one to watch! Listen below:
