The Cardiff band release new single ahead of album release date.
Private World share ‘Blue Spirit’, the second single from forthcoming debut album Aleph which will be released from Dais Records on 28th August.
The song is a delicious hit of synth, with keyboards and guitars creating this perfect execution of new romantic, new wave and pop melody.
The album hotly anticipates the works of members Harry Jowett and Tom Sanders weaving in and out of pop sensibility to create an exploration of memory and not an overall narrative but songs that form a rich tapestry of 80s influences.
Similar to label mates, Cold Showers, this is a band which have a sound ripe for a wider audience and also another feather in the cap for Welsh music in general which along with compatriots – Adwaith, TJ Roberts, HMS Morris – the Welsh dragon is roaring loudly in the music community.
