Never one to sit idle, Brian Jonestown Massacre’s Anton Newcome continues his/their prolific output with the release next month of a mini-LP ‘Mini Album Thingy Wingy’. The mini album features 7 brand new and exclusive tracks recorded by Anton in his studio in Berlin in 2014 & 2015. Alongside new songs penned by Anton himself, the album features a cover of the 13th Floor Elevator’s track ‘Dust’ featuring Alex Maas from the Black Angels on jug, the band’s first Slovakian song (Prší Prší) co-written with Vladimir Nosal, and this track, ‘Pish’, co-written with Tess Parks…

Brian Jonestown Massacre will release ‘Mini Album Thingy Wingy’ on Anton Newcombe’s a recordings label on 13th November. The mini-LP contains

‘Mini Album Thingy Wingy’ showcases the traditional Brian Jonestown Massacre sound mixed with eastern influences & brings it bang up to date, “with the benefit of all the additional weirdness that’s been discovered in the past 40 years.” It is co-produced, engineered & mixed by Fabien Leseure.

Available on – Double 10” red vinyl, numbered and limited to 1000 copies. Also available on clear vinyl with alternative artwork to the CD and double 10” via a recordings
