Back for a fourth bite of the acid soaked cherry, Karma Fest 2016 returns to Leeds on the 29th of May. As you’d expect, it’s a day filled with tunes and vibes from the some of the UK’s best psych outfits , but this year see’ a very distinct international flavour been added to the bill…

Kikagaku Moyo from Japan, Os Noctambulos from Paris, Tau (Dead Skeletons)  from Berlin share the main stage with Velvet Morning, Rhubarb Triangle, Domesday Outfit and the mighty Helicon from Glasgow.

Meanwhile, the second, aptly named the Space Ritual, stage, features bands a bit more of the homegrown stuff with Dust, Mush and Wild Birds of Britain, who all hail from in or around Leeds been joined by Girl Sweat from Stockton-On-Tees, who’s wayward dischord should keep any wandering Fall fan’s happy…

As always, the day will feature some very reputable wax spinners (including our very own Le Crowley/Astral Elevator) and of course projections in the geometric, liquid light vein will be beamed throughout the day by Melt Trip.

All the latest news, vibes and tickets can be found on the Karma Fest event page on Facebook (click the magic blue text to take you there).
