Swedish songwriter, Alice Boman has released a new track, ‘Feels Like A Dream’ which will feature on her upcoming album, ‘The Space Between’ due for release on 21st October via Play It Again Sam. Boman teamed up with Perfume Genius (Michael Hadreason) on the new single, which was produced by Patrik Berger (Robyn, Lana Del Rey). The track originated from a few Instagram DMs between Boman and Hadreason and arrives alongside a video by Boman and her longtime collaborator Jeanne Lula Chauveau.

Me and Mike have been writing to each other on Instagram here and there. Once we talked about maybe doing a cover of a mutual favourite song – Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Storms.’ When I talked to Mike about doing something together for the album I was working on, and sent him a few demos, he chose ‘Feels Like A Dream.’ I think it works beautifully as a duet – us representing and singing from the two sides of a relationship. I have listened to Perfume Genius for a long time and love his voice and sound and I’m thrilled that he wanted to be a part of this

‘Feels Like A Dream’ has been released with an accompanying video that has a whimsical, retro feel. It perfectly captures the sentiment of the song, which is a deeply personal meditation on love, featuring Boman’s gossamer-light vocals that are flawlessly matched by those of Hadreason.
