With their debut EP ‘Malice In Tone’, due 4th November, indie rockers Balancing Act have shared the video for track ‘Cold’.
The band comments:
‘‘Cold’ was the first song written where we felt as though we’d struck on a sound that was uniquely ours. After that the rest of the songs on this EP started snowballing and we could tell they were all coming from the same place. It’s a body of work that represents what the start of Balancing Act has been about.’
Shimmering synths and unique sounding guitars come together over the rat-a-tat drum beat as Singer Kai Roberts delivers his late-night croon. Jackson Couzens beefs things up on the chorus before smoothing things out with some hypnotic jangling. The band are showing some very strong songwriting talent for their debut EP.
