Coyle Girelli is an English singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist who has previously fronted the alternative rock bands Your Vegas and The Chevin. His track ‘Fun’ is a first tease from his second solo album, which is scheduled for early spring 2022 via Honey Lemon Records.
Girelli comments:
“throwing myself back into writing helped me through what was an anxious moment for everyone and helped make sense of a world that felt out of control. ‘Fun’ and many other new songs actually came to me pretty quickly. I coped with the great uncertainty of that period with something I can rely on and turn to at any time – writing music that embraces life: the joy, the pain, the quiet and the chaos.”
With a hint of melancholy within the guitar riff on the intro, its Girelli’s superb heart grabbing voice that makes this track an absolute treasure. Its the moment where his voices breaks and goes full falsetto where he makes you fall in love with his music.
