New Jersey six-piece Fit For An Autopsy are set to release their sixth album ‘Oh What the Future Holds’ on January 14 via Nuclear Blast. They have shared another single form the album – ‘Two Towers’

“Conceptually, ‘Two Towers’ is an abstract story which follows the journey of your past self and future self, and the forces that pull them apart,”

the band explains.

“Realizing the impossible concept of them meeting, one is faced with the reality of accepting the things you cannot change. It’s a little out of the box for us, but it was challenging and fun to create a unique song for the record. Shout out to director Frankie Nasso and his team for the animated video that brought this story to life.”

Starting with a slow but heavy rock groove, ‘Two Towers’ is a pulverising track that demonstrates Patrick Sheridan’s and Timothy Howley’s ability to make their guitar works melodic as well as heavy and the sounds they create make this a slow burning slice of epic metal. They also give Joseph Badolato a perfect base for his slow guttural growl to really hit home emotionally.
