Originally hailing from Bahrain, Iman is a London based multi-instrumentalist and the driving force behind an alternative music project that blends electronic and industrial alt- rock/metal, often dubbed as ‘Dance Metal’. Her brand new single ‘Salt the Earth’ is available on all streaming platforms now.
Iman states:
“When people don’t feel that they have an identity of their own, they often start taking on the personalities of those around them. Salt The Earth is about someone going so far into taking on others’ personalities that they become a carbon copy of them, and no longer know who they are. They have no identity that they can call their own and they can never return home to themselves.”
Pulsating electro dark synths mix with heavy guitars to create a track thats both honey sweet and black has hell. From pretty beginnings, the track flows through explosive choruses, tension-building verses and a brutal, blackened metal ending.
