Eora/Sydney based dance/pop artist LAU has just released her empowering new single, ‘Devil I Know’, produced/mixed by James Guido – click to stream.

‘Devil I Know’ surges with relentless energy, powered by pulsating bass lines and rising synth layers that build magnetic tension. The vocals swirl with an irresistible allure, cascading towards a cathartic pre-chorus before exploding into the vibrant chorus.

LAU shares the inspiration behind the track:

“‘Devil I Know’ captures the struggle of being irresistibly drawn to someone who isn’t good for you, acknowledging the heartache that comes with it. They are the devil you know. It’s a powerful reflection on love’s dark side that resonates with anyone who’s ever felt torn between passion and self-preservation.”

With 73.9+ followers on socials and 1.1millionlikes on TikTok, LAU has captured attention with her viral single ‘INMYHEAD’, accumulating over 10millionviews and reaching the TikTok Charts (AUS). Along with this, singles ‘INMYHEAD’, ‘PITIFULBITCH’, ‘Dancingin the Dark’ and ‘DEADTOME’ all placed on the iTunesTop100Charts (SWE).

Previous releases have also seen support from Spotify, Apple Music, triple j, triple j Unearthed, Rolling Stone (AUS) and MILKY. Her singles have also received high rotation on SYN Media.

‘Devil I Know’ is out everywhere now and you can stream it below:
