Cleveland’s Sonder Bombs have released a new single, ‘K’, the third taken from their forthcoming album Clothbound following on from ‘Crying Is Cool’ and ‘The One About You’.
K wears its indie rock cloak quite comfortably, but there’s a little prog-pop embroidery here and a hardcore / metal lining there. Mostly though its just a damn fine, catchy pop-song, with Willow Hawks dynamic vocals mixing it up, one minute folksy songstress, the next bellowing hard-edged lines out to pummel your ears.
