Rural Victorian band Stonefield have just released title track ‘Far From The Earth’ from their new album, due for release on Friday, April 13 on Flightless Records via Inertia Music. And that’s not all: they have also been announced as the support for the legendary Black Rebel Motorcycle Club‘s Australian tour.
‘Far From Earth’ has its roots firmly in the soil of seventies rock – full on riff-heavy twin guitar onslaught with Stevie Nicks style vocals, a monster chorus and a swag bag full of attitude:
The inclusion of a synth refrain simply adds a fresh take to Stonefield’s modern twist on a classic genre. You can pre-order the album here.
