Track: Sunrise In Jupiter Shine On ‘Take Me Home’

Alt-rock breakout Sunrise In Jupiter return with their latest single, ‘Take Me Home’. The second release from their upcoming concept album Mission to Mars Vol. 1, the track follows the viral success of their debut track ‘Satellite’, which amassed over 30 million views on Instagram.

Sonically grand and emotionally raw, ‘Take Me Home’ captures the band’s signature blend of cinematic atmosphere and cathartic rock energy. Written during a six-month stretch of separation from loved ones, the song’s emotional core is grounded in a personal voice message from the frontman’s young daughter. “She said, ‘Daddy, I miss you. When are you coming home?’ That hit me like a comet,” recalls the band’s frontman. “This song is a transmission from the heart — a message to anyone who’s ever felt lost in space, trying to find their way back to what matters most.”

The track aligns with the album’s central narrative — an astronaut nearing the end of a long and lonely space voyage — and delivers a potent mix of isolation, longing, and hope. Musically, it kicks off with shimmering guitar pulses and a driving bassline, steadily building toward an arena-sized chorus.

The band layers urgent vocals and crashing guitars into a sonic swell, culminating in a closing chorus rich with harmonies and ambient organ textures. It’s an ending that echoes long after the final note — both vast and achingly personal.

For fans of Muse, Foo Fighters, and Queens of the Stone Age, ‘Take Me Home’ stands as both an anthemic modern rock soundscape and a heartfelt exploration of distance and connection. With Mission to Mars Vol. 1 on the horizon, Sunrise in Jupiter are definitely one to watch.
