Four piece blues rock band The Commoners hail from Toronto, Canada and are set to release their brand new album ‘Find A Better Way’ due 4th November via Gypsy Soul Records. The band have given us a taster with the first single ‘Fill My Cup’.
“The new album authentically embodies the rock and roll, soul, and blues rock experience,” says the band’s lead singer, Chris Medhurst. “That’s something we really wanted to bring back. That’s the roots. That’s what we listen to.”
A full on rock classic in the making. Smooth vocals over swooning organs and some sweet slide guitar licks that come together and lift the track up with a soaring chorus. Stick in a scorching solo and we have one hell of a feel good track.
