Didirri‘s single ‘Formaldehyde’ was reviewed by me last month where I wrote that the song is a slow-burning fuse that lights up with its intelligent thoughtful lyrics.

He’s just released a stunning live performance of the song on video before he embarks on a tour around Australia. The video highlights the strength of Didirri’s unadorned and expressive voice as well as the delicate beauty of the song itself:

It’s an extraordinary, thrilling performance and a mind-blowing version of an already brilliant song.

Following a successful stint at SXSW, Didirri has just announced some gigs in the UK following his Australian tour – ticket details here.
