Taken from his upcoming album ‘Sensations’ comes a new single from DJ and producer Danny Darko. He’s proved over the last few years that he’s adept across a whole range of electronic styles, from being known as the Starchaser producer who’s ‘Love will set you free’ hit the UK and MTV Dance charts, to receiving support from the likes of DJ Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Pete Tong, Judge Jules,Gareth Emery, and Chuckie.
New single My Favourite kicks striaght in with this laid back, sun scortched beat. It has this immediacy about the melody that just melts into your mind as well, as the submerged bass his the beat slightly late giving it this slightly off kilter feeling, but the tune is bound together by these splashes of percussion and layers of synths and the occasional guitar. Vocalist Jova Radevska has this beautiful and kooky style about her. She could sing my washing machine instruction book and I would listen. In fact, its been doing something weird recently so if she wouldn’t mind that’d be a help.
