Puerto Rico based duo COASTCITY (the brainchild of Jean Rodríguez and Danny Flores) share the new single ‘AFTER LIFE’ featuring FABRO.

Two industry experts: Jean having managed the vocal production for the likes of Ricky Martin, Beyoncé, Karol G, Sting, Christina Aguilera, and The Weeknd; Danny a musical direction specialist who has worked with YENDRY, Luis Fonsi, Mau y Ricky, and CNCO just to name a few, COASTCITY sees the two bring together their joint talents in a unique and exciting project with a lot of commercial promise.

‘AFTER LIFE’, showcases an exciting blend of Latin and R&B elements in a sparkling display of multi-lingual emotive R&B-Pop. Built around a swelling electronic backdrop, the vocals are given ample room to shine and deliver the captivating earworm melodies. Crafted during a memorable recording session in Buenos Aires, where COASTCITY collaborated with the talented rising Venezuelan artist FABRO, who is currently based in Argentina, the resulting track is an atmospheric, infectious and utterly beautiful offering, amplified by the tracks’ washing, otherworldly climax.

‘AFTER LIFE’ tells a timeless love story that extends beyond a single lifetime – An unresolved conflict that eventually finds solace in the afterlife. Talking about the song, they explain: “‘AFTER LIFE’ is the continuation of our last song “Futuro”, its the new Latin R&B sound that bilingual, rhythmic and emotional. It’s COASTCITY’s first time collaborating with FABRO who is an up and coming artist out of Buenos Aires Argentina.” The single also marks COASTCITY’s first collaboration with the rising talent FABRO, adding an exciting dynamic to their already diverse discography.

An expertly crafted, an beautifully executed single, ‘AFTER LIFE’ showcases the immense potential this unquestionably talented duo possess.
