Electronic producer Sandancer shares the swelling, experimental and emotive debut single ‘Radial’ featuring vocals from Theo Ogundipe.
Featuring vocalist Theo Ogundipe is most notable for starring as Rueben from the Bafta Winning series Top Boy. Displaying his silky smooth, warming and effortlessly honest and emotive vocal talents on ‘Radial’ Theo gives the sprawling, electronics and experimental approach of Sandancer a central focal point, a melodic hook and a sense of direction as the layers of anaologue synths dance around the soundscape.
Comparable to the likes of Jamie XX, Lapalux and SBTRKT, the track displays a depthy musical understanding from Sandancer. Textural with lo-fi beats, warming plucks of synth and sub heavy bass, ‘Radial’ offering an exciting example of the affecting, minimal electronic soundscapes you can expect to find across the upcoming EP due later this year.
