Siobhan Wilson will be embarking on a UK tour in March to showcase the divine songs from her latest album ‘There Are No Saints’.

Siobhan Wilson secured her spot on many end-of-the-year lists for 2017, following the release of her acclaimed album – ‘There Are No Saints’ (via Song, By Toad) – back in July. The Glasgow-based artist has also had a BBC Radio 6 Music Album of the Day spot, two 6 Music sessions and opened the Green Man festival main stage. Her name deservedly appeared at number 26 in The List Hot 100 – “the people and places who made 2017 another landmark year for the arts and entertainment industry” in Scotland.

As beguiling as her album is, seeing is believing when it comes to Wilson’s artistry. Her breathtakingly beautiful voice soars and swoops like birdsong. Her songs are intense – even quite sinister in places – but they are also uplifting and her performance is always passionate and expressive. I had the pleasure of seeing her play The Mackintosh Church for Celtic Connections festival last month and she was utterly captivating.

In March Wilson plays Paisley Arts Centre on the 3rd, before heading to Aberdeen. Then in April she’ll visit York, Birmingham, and Cardiff before performing in London’s historic St Pancras Old Church on the 12th and will complete the tour in Edinburgh on the 28th (full list of dates below).

Don’t miss this opportunity to see Wilson’s enchanting live performance for yourself before she returns to the studio to continue work on her already eagerly awaited next album.

Siobhan Wilson UK tour dates

3 March – Paisley Art Centre, Paisley
7 March – The Blue Lamp, Aberdeen (Free)
9 April – The Crescent, York
10 April – Kitchen Garden Cafe, Birmingham
11 April – Gwdihw, Cardiff
12 April – St Pancras Old Church, London
15 April – The Eagle Inn, Manchester
19 April – Old Bridge Inn, Aviemore
28 April – The Reid Concert Hall, Edinburgh (with the Demi Octet)
