Taken from his first solo release in five years, and EP titled California, Diplo has revealed the video for Wish featuring Trippie Redd. Built over a warm R&B backing, this rumbling bass and sunny chords, Redd lays down his vocals, his gruff soul giving the engaging melodies a work over.
The EP’s six tracks see Diplo working with a range of collaborators including fellow Columbia Records artists Lil Xan and MØ, DRAM, Lil Yachty, Desiigner, Santigold and GoldLink in addition to Trippie Redd. It’s out now on Because Music/Mad Decent.
