Fresh from the release of her new album Warning, which dropped in May 8th via the ever brilliant Bella Union label, I Break Horses, aka Stockholm’ Maria Lindén has released a new video for the track In live at night’ recorded in her back garden.
Built around this slightly wonky synth line, that chimes and then buzzes away, Lindén‘s beautiful vocals flutter and dswoon over the top, while underneath the cinematic accompaniment shimmers, gently pulsating and ushering the track forward instead of driving it, its extended ending with lapping electronics and hazy synths making it ever more the heart stopping thing the recorded version does.
