Hailing from Somerset, Sid Stone is a seasoned songwriter and poised to release his debut single, ‘Better Alone’ taken from his EP ‘Inside/Outside’, out now on Hotspring Music.
‘Better Alone’ has an urban vibe enhanced by the video shot at Sid’s Local pub The White Horse in Shepherds Bush. A pub sing along thats piano led and jazz inspired. The piece tumbles along on a handclap beat and Sid’s soulful vocals. “It’s all about making peace with being alone, but also it came out of situations built on friendship and love.” Sid said of the track. “So who knows: the truth is sometimes hidden between two opposites!”
