One of Ireland’s favourite summertime events, Bulmers Live at Leopardstown, is back for 2023 with eight nights of exciting horse racing followed by top international and Irish music acts.

Wild Youth Thursday 8th June 2023. Irish band Wild Youth bring elements of rock, R&B, and classic boy band harmony to their exuberant pop. Made up of members Conor O’Donohoe, Callum McAdam, Ed Porter and David Whelan. After a busy 2022 touring Europe with Lewis Capaldi and Westlife, and doing their own headline tour Wild Youth are ready to bring their explosive live energy to Europe’s biggest stage at Eurovision 2023.

Keywest Thursday 15th June 2023. Keywest initially shot to fame for busking in Galway and Dublin. They have since garnered a host of number 1 singles, three number 1 albums and won multiple awards in Ireland. They became so well known for busking that the Lord Mayor of London asked them to launch the reopening of London’s streets to buskers in Trafalgar Square. From plying their trade on the street, they have gone on to sell out tours across Ireland, UK and mainland Europe, supporting Bryan Adams, Blondie, 30 Seconds From Mars and Bastille to name but a few. With a mix of folk, pop and rock the five piece band bring high energy to every performance.

Mark McCabe Thursday 22nd June 2023. Mark McCabe doesn’t really need an introduction at this stage, but he could perhaps benefit from something of an addendum. It’s a unique enough complaint, being faithfully haunted by a number one hit and one of the biggest selling tracks in Irish history, but 20 years on from the release of the alternative Irish national anthem ‘Maniac 2000’, McCabe finds himself at a neon-lit crossroads. Signed to Universal Music, the former head of music at national broadcaster RTÉ 2fm and DJ/Producer, has since released a string of his own original material and collaborations while also busying away with remixes, the most high profile of which – a rework of ‘Nervous’ by Gavin James – has racked up almost 200 million plays and achieved gold status in the UK, Norway, Brazil and Sweden and Platinum in Ireland Belgium and the Netherlands. Constantly touring both at home and abroad, McCabe is renowned for his high energy DJ sets and mixing/remixing abilities.

As always, the performances will be preceded by an excellent card of racing and a wide selection of ticket options, from the great value ‘Summer Sizzler’, which at €44 includes admission to the racing and concert, Bulmers (or soft) drink, €13.50 festival food voucher and €5 tote bet to A La Carte Dining in the 1888 Restaurant or an Italian-inspired informal dining in the Leopardstown Pavilion for €85.

Leopardstown Racecourse is only 20 minutes from Dublin City Centre on the Luas Green line, with dedicated shuttle buses running from the Sandyford stop before and racing.

Leopardstown is located off exit 14 or exit 15 on the M50 southbound or exit 15, M50 Northbound. Ample FREE parking is available onsite.

Advance purchase tickets online for €20 + booking fee. For tickets and hospitality options – go to www.leopardstown.com or call the Leopardstown on 01 289 0500.

Tickets will go on sale this Thursday 6th April 2023 at 10am, available from https://www.leopardstown.com/bulmerslive

Irish based concert photographer, maybe! ever so slightly addicted to gigs. Listens mostly to alternative / goth / folk punk / punk / ska. I blame the 80s.
