Canadian folk duo Ocie Elliott are seeing their Australian audience grow in real time, with Byron Bay, Newcastle and Barwon Heads now sold out ahead of their 2026 national tour. The run marks their return to Australia after almost three years away, and the demand suggests the time off has only sharpened interest.

The tour takes place across January and February, bringing the duo’s understated, harmony-led songwriting back to rooms designed for listening. With Byron Bay’s first date gone, a second show has been added at The Northern on Saturday January 31, offering a final chance to catch them in the coastal town. Remaining tickets for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are limited.

Ocie Elliott’s rise has been gradual rather than sudden. Across albums We Fall In (2019) and In That Room (2020), followed by the We Know The Night EP in 2023, the duo have refined a sound built on restraint, clear melodic lines and shared vocal space. Recent singles These DaysAdelina and new track Feeling Fine continue that trajectory, focusing on movement, absence and the emotional residue of touring life.

Joining the tour as national support is Garrett Kato, whose songwriting and production style sits comfortably alongside Ocie Elliott’s approach. It’s a pairing that leans into intimacy rather than scale, prioritising connection over spectacle.

With several dates already at capacity and others close behind, the 2026 tour reads as a clear snapshot of where Ocie Elliott now sit in Australia: a band whose quiet consistency has translated into sold-out rooms.
