News: RAYE announces new album THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE

RAYE has announced details of her forthcoming album THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE, set for release on March 27. The record will be available to pre-order now via her official store.

Structured across four “seasons”, with each side of the vinyl representing a different phase, the album traces a narrative arc from darkness towards light. RAYE has described the project as deeply personal, framing it as something designed to offer reassurance and reflection rather than resolution.

The announcement arrives as RAYE continues a period of sustained global momentum. Her recent UK number one single ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’ has amassed over 600 million streams, earned Platinum status in the UK, and charted widely across Europe, Australasia and North America, while also securing two BRIT Award nominations this week.

RAYE is currently on her sold-out THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN NEW MUSIC arena run. The tour includes six nights at London’s O2 Arena before moving on to North America, with shows at Radio City Music Hall and the Greek Theatre. She will also appear as a special guest on Bruno Mars’ The Romantic Tour later this year.

Since releasing her debut album My 21st Century Blues independently in 2023, RAYE has become one of the UK’s most prominent contemporary songwriters, combining commercial success with critical recognition. Her work has been acknowledged across major awards bodies, most recently with honours recognising both her songwriting and her advocacy through music.
