‘Out In The Storm’ marks the return of Eora/Sydney trio A Swift Farewell with another thunderous pop punk blast that eviscerates the ears and sets the pulse racing. With a hint of humour and self-deprecation, the song ebbs and flows through various moods bookended by an epic and very loud chorus. The band says of the song:

‘Out In The Storm’ encapsulates the fear of having pushed someone away so far that they’ll never come back. The feeling you get when someone tells you they need to go out for a walk when you just had an argument and it’s midnight and storming outside. This song is a mix of emo, alt, pop, and rock elements destined to make you cry and mosh at the same time.

It’s business as usual for this trio of expressive and creative musicians.

‘Out In The Storm’ is out today and can be downloaded and streamed here.

To celebrate the release, the band will be supporting Clay J Gladstone in March, and playing BONEZ Queer Party across the East Coast of Australia with The Beautiful Monument in April. The band recently travelled across Australia supporting Alt. on their ‘The Violence In Silence Tour,’ and shared the stage with local heroes such as Yours Truly, Hands Like Houses, Bloom, Besties and Bellwether.
