News: Jason Bonham brings Physical Graffiti in full to Australian & NZ stages

Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening (JBLZE) has announced the final dates of its world tour celebrating the 50th anniversary of Led Zeppelin’s Physical Graffiti, with Australia and NZ set to host the closing run.

The tour centres on a full performance of Physical Graffiti, the 1975 double album that captured Led Zeppelin at their most expansive. Fans can expect album tracks such as ‘The Wanton Song’ and ‘Kashmir’, alongside deeper cuts including ‘In The Light’ and ‘Boogie With Stu’. The set is rounded out with additional Zeppelin staples like ‘Good Times Bad Times’, ‘Whole Lotta Love’ and ‘Stairway To Heaven’.

At the heart of the project is Jason Bonham, whose connection to the material runs deeper than tribute. Son of the late John Bonham, he has spent decades behind the drum kit, carving out a career that bridges legacy and independence. His résumé includes work with Jimmy Page on Outrider, performances alongside Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones at Atlantic Records’ 40th Anniversary concert, and his role in Led Zeppelin’s 2007 reunion at the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert.

Since launching Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening in 2010, Bonham has taken the show around the world, focusing on faithful performances and a clear sense of lineage rather than reinvention. The tour’s final Australian dates bring the Physical Graffiti anniversary full circle, offering local audiences a considered celebration of one of rock’s most enduring albums.
