The Independant was home to a night of chaos with a lot of sweat and drama which didn’t stop the crowds from having a good time. Opening band To Nowhere kicked the night of amazing music off, playing loud whipping the crowd up with their heavy guitar riffs and very loud drums. They set about creating a crazy wall of sound topped by the lead singer’s fantastic vocals.

The second band to perform were Shallow and this was my first time seeing this band perform. They set the floor vibrating with the thumbing heavy bass and drums.

Headliners Hivemind, are a band I have been meaning to see for ages and I was glad I got to finally catch them perform. Just to hear the wall of sound they create and the powerful passionate voice of the band’s lead singer. It was a very hot sweaty night but that didn’t stop the band and the crowd from enjoying themselves and having a good night.
