Another great night at The Independent starting off with the first act Violectric, who I remember seeing perform at this very venue a few years ago and they were awesome. Tonight they didn’t disappoint once again getting the crowd up on their feet singing and dancing.

With the crowd still buzzing second band Picnic took to the stage. For a band who have been around for years and one of the best known bands in the North East, they always put on a great show laying down some funky beats and keeping the whole crowd on their feet.

Now it was time for the headline act Noyou, who the audience couldn’t wait to see perform, as soon as they took to the stage the whole crowd just lit up like a Christmas tree with excitement. They kicked off the show with one of my favourite tracks, ‘The Way You See Me’, it’s just a really awesome track that you can definitely get into. The whole crowd were singing and dancing along with the wall of sound of drums and the bands music surrounding you.
