News: Asking Alexandria announce winter UK tour as special guest to Shinedown

Critically acclaimed rock band Asking Alexandria will embark on a full UK and European tour this winter as special guest to Shinedown. The extensive tour will see the band performing on iconic stages across Europe and the UK, bringing their incendiary shows to 16 major cities starting from Brussels and capping off in London.

Ben Bruce comments: “After being away for so long due to various Covid-related problems we are excited to finally be coming home. To make things even sweeter, we are coming back with some of our best friends, Shinedown. This is going to be an absolutely incredible tour and we are bringing an insane show with us. We can’t wait to finally get home and see you all.”

After ten years of recording their music separately, the band found new energy and a drive for creating when they reunited in Nashville during quarantine to make their latest album “See What’s On The Inside” which has accumulated over 77 million streams globally since release in October of 2021. The British rockers, also released their Never Gonna Learn EP in January 2022, including the previously unreleased song “New Devil” featuring Maria Brink from In This Moment.

In May, while on a US tour with NOTHING MORE, Atreyu and Eva Under Fire, Asking Alexandria dropped the latest version of their song “Faded Out” with Sharon den Adel of Within Temptation, a track that describes devastating sadness. Accompanying the single’s release was a chilling official music video for the song which has quickly surpassed 1 Million views on YouTube. “Faded Out” featuring Sharon den Adel appears on the soundtrack THE RETALIATORS, a Better Noise Film already receiving praise, which is in theatres now and coming to home rental and purchase release around Halloween 2022. Coming this fall, while Asking Alexandria is on tour, fans can look forward to a new digital deluxe version of “See What’s On The Inside”, launching in November. This deluxe version will capture all of the bonus content released by the band in 2022, along with a number of acoustic versions of songs from “See What’s On The Inside”. In early 2023, the band will start releasing new singles and videos from a forthcoming new studio project.
