There are now just days to go until Bloodstock 2015 (6th-9th August), which takes place NEXT WEEKEND at Derbyshire’s Catton Park.
Last week, the final bands were announced- filling the last space on the Ronnie James Dio main stage are Savage Messiah, while a whole host of competition winners, such as Bristol’s Mortishead and Nottingham’s Forgotten Remains have been added to the New Blood stage across the weekend. Alongside these, Foul Body Autopsy, Witchtripper and Divine Solace as well as many others have been added to the bill on the Jagermeister stage.
All of these bands are joining headliners Rob Zombie, Trivium and Within Temptation, as well as other bands like Opeth, Black Label Society, Napalm Death, Sabaton and Cannibal Corpse!
To ensure the weekend sustains its levels of awesome, here are some bands that have been announced for the Bloodstock signing tent- Delain, Orange Goblin, 1349, Ensiferum, Nuclear Assault, Armored Saint, Wolf, Korpiklaani, Belphegor, Xerath, Overkill and Raging Speedhorn.
Bloodstock have also announced an ‘after hours’ party for Saturday night at the festival! The party will sport a Zombie and Vampires theme, in memory of the late Christopher Lee- actor and heavy metal fan who passed away last month. The party will take place in the Sophie Lancaster tent, and the best costume could win its creator tickets to Bloodstock 2016!
Tickets to the festival are available right up until the weekend of the event- however purchases after Friday July 31st will have to be picked up at the gate as opposed to being sent through the post.
