UK Pop solo artist Ines Rae is kicking off her next chapter with the infectious new single ‘Breadcrumbs’, a melancholic acoustic-pop single which brings anthemic hooks and vibrant musicality that, offering a taste of her upcoming EP.

Packing her signature blend of emotionally charged storytelling and irresistible pop hooks, ‘Breadcrumbs’ dives deep into the aftermath of a breakup—lust, longing, and the raw sting of heartbreak wrapped in Rae’s infectious soundscape. Underpinned by strummed acoustic guitar rhythms and lush harmonies and stripped drums, the single is an anthem for the heart-worn, a reminder of how pain can still sound beautiful when sung with honesty and power.

Talking about the new single and upcoming EP, Ines explains: “This EP symbolises all the things that are toxic to me. From how my mind messed with my relationship with food, how mean girls messed with my self-confidence and how boys messed with my head. I’ve called it breadcrumbs because even the tiniest bit of bread, as a celiac, is so toxic to my body. It seemed a fitting title for all the things in life that are also toxic to me. I’m so excited for Breadcrumbs to be the first single from this EP and I hope everyone loves it as much as I do.”

Raw, real, and resonant, the single is a great example of Ines ability to wear her heart on her sleeve through her songwriting. Having gained support from Radio 1’s Future Pop, Rae has cultivated a devoted following online, with over sixteen million likes on TikTok and a growing reputation for sharing her truth through music. Rae has worked alongside a formidable roster of talent, from Bastille and Fickle Friends to songwriting heavyweights like Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga), Kal Lavelle (Ed Sheeran), and Adam Rust (Little Mix, Becky Hill). Her collaboration with Shura on ‘Never Get It Right’, featured on Netflix’s Emily In Paris, was another standout—rocketing into the top 11 most Shazammed songs in the US and top 50 globally.
