Croxton

To mark ten years since its relaunch as a live music venue, The Croxton Bandroom will host a two-day outdoor festival, The Croxton Block Party, across November 1–2 in the carpark opposite the venue.
The event features headline sets from Tropical Fuck Storm, Spiderbait, Cash Savage and the Last Drinks, Ratcat, Floodlights, Grace Cummings, and more, spanning punk, noise, alt-rock, and indie. A limited number of tickets are available now via Oztix, with general public sale opening Wednesday 6 August via thecroxton.com.au.

The Saturday line-up includes Tropical Fuck Storm, who recently released their fifth album Fairyland Codex, joined by Party Dozen, EXEK, Npcede, Loose Lips (featuring members of The Chats and The Prize), Cash Savage and the Last Drinks, and Grace Cummings.

Sunday is headlined by Spiderbait and Ratcat, with Ratcat also marking 35 years of their Tingles EP. They’re joined by Floodlights, Sex Mask, Girl and Girl, and Frankston’s The Gnomes.

Since reopening in 2014, The Croxton has become a key venue in Melbourne’s live music ecosystem, having hosted local and international acts including Phoebe Bridgers, Sleaford Mods, Pixies, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
