Sydney’s new open-air concert series FORMA has added another major name to its inaugural lineup, with The Veronicasjoining Peach PRC for a one-night celebration of Australian pop at Tumbalong Park on Thursday 3 December.
The pairing brings together two of the country’s most distinctive pop voices from different generations. Twenty years after the release of their four-times platinum debut The Secret Life Of…, Jessica and Lisa Origliasso continue to evolve, recently embracing a darker, alternative direction on their 2024 album Gothic Summer. Fresh from being voted No. 3 in triple j’s Hottest 100 Australian Songs of All Time and unveiling their debut Like A Version performance, The Veronicas arrive at FORMA with a catalogue that has helped define Australian pop across two decades.
Sharing the headline bill is Peach PRC, whose debut album Porcelain has cemented her place among Australia’s most compelling contemporary pop artists. Following sold-out tours across Australia, the UK and North America, alongside high-profile support slots for BLACKPINK and Yungblud, Peach PRC brings her colourful, emotionally candid live show to Sydney for one of the standout nights of the new series.
Opening the evening are Sydney duo Cat & Calmell, whose blend of sharp-witted lyricism and polished pop has earned them a growing following since their breakout debut. Following recent support dates with Camila Cabello and the release of their latest mixtape LIVE LAUGH COOL STAR, they provide an ideal opening act for a lineup celebrating the breadth of contemporary Australian pop.
Presented by Finely Tuned, FORMA marks the promoter’s 20th anniversary with a new summer concert series at Tumbalong Park, bringing together established icons, emerging artists and family-friendly programming across two weekends in the heart of Sydney.
