Edinburgh Psych Fest, the sister festival to the UK’s leading Psychedelic music and arts festival Manchester Psych Fest, has announced the second wave of acts joining the bill for this September’s festival.

Off the back of a huge first lineup announcement that featured Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Temples and NewDad, Edinburgh Psych Fest reveals more exciting names that will head to Scotland’s capital on Sunday 1st September, including renowned musician, composer, producer, film-maker and former Super Furry Animal’s frontman Gruff Rhys, Seattle psych band La Luz, hazy indie-pop outfit Lime Garden, frantic experimental rock-jazz two piece O. and Glasgow’s dreamy slowcore duo Cloth.

Post-punk quintet Gurries, Edinburgh’s 60’s psych duo Logan’s Close and surrealist punk-poetry-rockers Loose Articles also join the bill alongside Manchester’s 90’s influenced shoegaze outfit TTSSFU, Glasgow’s soupy psych-rock band The Wife Guys Of Reddit and the lo-fi psych post-punk sounds of Nightshift.

Taking place across Summerhall and the new 2024 venue addition, The Queen’s Hall, the festival promises another unforgettable day filled with mind-bending sounds, trippy visuals and a celebration of all things psychedelic.

£20 & £30 early bird tickets SOLD OUT. £35 Advance tickets available here

Current Line-Up: Gruff Rhys | Pigs x7 | Temples | NewDad | Juniore | La Luz | The Bug Club | Lime Garden | Divorce | O. | Cloth | Hotwax | Molly Payton | Holly Macve | Gurriers | Loose Articles | TTSSFU | Crush Of Souls | Logan’s Close | The Wife Guys Of Reddit | Nightshift | Puppy Teeth + DJs | Food & Drink | Merchandise
