Alls well in the Archie Bronson Outfit. Fresh from the release of one of the albums of the year in their forth album, Wild Crush, they’ve now returned with a new video for their forthcoming single, Two Doves on a Lake, which drops on Monday 8th December via the ever brilliant Domino Records label.
Its got this fantastic retro inspired video, directed by renowned artist Stevie Gee – www.steviegee.com – who also designed the sleeve for the album. The track itself though, well thats easy – it’s Ass shaking, cobra baiting, mutha fuckaz gyrating. Wheelie Riding, fluffers fluffing, axes hatching, Two Doves flying. They’re not even my words, they’re from band member Arp Cleveland.
It literally blasts off at the beginning, straight into these edgy, psychy beats brought together to form the mother of all riffs. Its a riff that forms the basis of all the accompaniment for the track as it continues driving through the slightly muggy, frayed vibes that underpin everything.
