Taken from their brilliant ‘Hot Thoughts’ album, released earlier in the year, Spoon have revealed a new video for one of the albums stand out tracks ‘I ain’t the one’. It’s a stripped back affair for the most part, with just Rhodes, vocal and bass along with a big dollop of smooth melancholy thrown into the mix. The visuals have been directed by renowned British artists and filmmakers Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard (Silent Sound, 20,000 Days On Earth).
In other news the band, who played a sold-out show at Kentish Town Forum in June, will return to the UK for shows in Liverpool, Cambridge and Brighton this November, to coincide with the reissue of their 2007 classic Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, out October 20th.
