Girelli himself thinks of the song as:
“a turquoise-sea-green-coloured-washed-out-shoegazer feeling ode to a lover, celebrating being lost in her and how she anchors you, even in the midst of the craziness all around us.”
A slick and melancholic track with Girelli’s voice as captivating as ever. Haunting on the the verses and achingly desperate on a chorus that gets deep under your skin. It all sounds so familiar and perfect that it leaves you wanting more. So much more.
