Track: Japanese Television – Beecage

On September 4th space surf rockers Japanese Television will release their brand new 5 track EP ‘EP III’ out September 4th via Tip Top Recordings

Preferring to work in a cold, dusty, village hall somewhere deep in the wilds of the east British countryside, Japanese Television once again recorded live to an old 8 track machine with The Wytches’ Kristian Bell following the success of EPs I & II which both sold out first and second pressings immediately.

Strange electronic noises eked out of a guitar, an organ takes centre stage with its huge sounding chords and a frantic guitar riff adds a counter balance in the ‘verse’ section. This track sounds like a carefully crafted jam track. A band lost in their music and who can blame them when its sounds like this. September will be when this year brings something good.
