Leading up to the release of their new EP ‘Dark Water’ on March 26th, Canada’s metalcore band Juliet Ruin is sharing their new lyric video for the third single ‘Fake Stigmata’.
The band comments:
“Fake Stigmata is our third and heaviest track from our Dark Water EP, it explores darker lyrical themes and grittier vocals and instrumentals.”
Opening with a cracking metal riff and the bass chugging in background gives an unsettling feeling as we are treated to Jess Ruin’s cleaner vocals. Especially when she lets loose on the chorus. It’s a dark and heavy track and gives an insight to the direction the band are heading in. I for one will be following.
