Vibrant right form the off with a bright piano line, quacking, Nile Rogers-esque guitar line and an uptempo beat, the track soon introduces it’s infectiously catchy, lyrically relatable and all round ear-worm vocal line. Growing through deep subby bass, a punching kick, swelling low pass filters and spotless production, there’s no doubt in my mind that the anthemic, feel-good nature the track are all the hallmarks of a future hit.
On the new release he says: “Everything about ‘Nobody Like You’ is just fun! I wrote it with one of my best friends, Finn Thornton, and every session we had was just 2 friends enjoying themselves making music, and I think the lyrics showed that. I knew that when I produced the track I had to keep it true to the writing sessions and I think that’s why it’s ended up being a feel-good summer bop!”
