Swedish metal band Vengeant have released a second single, ‘The Unreal’, which like the previous single, ‘Angel’s Battle Cry’ has been inspired by Magic: the Gathering. The band are setting up to release an EP later this year.
A cinematic offering with some melodic guitar work which the band introduced on their first offering. The track is straight up frantic metal on the verses, but the chorus soars with uplifting strings and the powerful voice from lead singer Komodromou as she lets those vocal cords fly with the music. ‘The Unreal’ is everything we need from a symphonic metal band brought with some serious talent.
