News: Indie Sensations Juno Returns with Thrilling New Single ‘One More Time’

Indie five-piece Juno is making waves in 2023 with their electrifying new release, ‘One More Time,’ scheduled to drop on September 29th. The band, known for their high-octane live performances, has crafted a track that bursts with energy right from the start.

The single kicks off with a blistering lead guitar line that immediately grabs your attention. It then immerses you in a sonic landscape filled with intricate, chorus-drenched arpeggios, layered with a whirlwind of instruments that create a fast-paced and vibrant atmosphere. The track’s dynamic energy is accentuated by an ever-evolving distorted bassline and a lively drum section that builds distinct grooves during the breakdown, leading to a climactic finish.

Lead vocalist Max Mullen delivers a passionate and emotionally charged performance throughout the song, seamlessly blending with the gritty intensity of the instrumentation.

The band shares their creative vision for the single, stating, “We wanted to move into a more creative space that was more in-line with our music tastes as the band has matured. We were looking for the sound that you get when you watch us live, a raw and unapologetic recording. The new sound is set to stir the pot and give people a good reason to take notice.”

Juno, an indie/alternative band originally formed in Hampshire and now based in Liverpool, consists of Max Mullen on lead vocals, Ben Coles and George Vinall on guitar, Will Clawson on drums, and Tom Greathead on bass. Known for their electrifying live performances, Juno has left a mark on venues across the UK, including notable appearances at the O2 Academy in Liverpool, The Grace in London, and sold-out shows at the Boileroom in Guildford.

The band’s journey began with their debut single, ‘Do You Want Me,’ which garnered significant attention in 2019. They followed up with ‘She’s It,’ which even earned them a television feature on E4. In the subsequent year, Juno continued their upward trajectory with ‘Better For It,’ a track that received recognition as BBC Introducing The Solent’s record of the week.

Building on their momentum, Juno released two more singles and embarked on a successful UK tour of major cities in 2021. With ‘One More Time,’ Juno aims to cement their position as a dynamic force in the indie music scene, captivating audiences with their raw, vibrant and unapologetic sound.
