News: Leeds-based Alt-Pop Artist Lois Shares Vibrant Debut EP ‘Strange Men’


Leeds-based alt-pop artist Lois today releases her hotly anticipated debut EP ‘Strange Men’. Having already established herself with appearances at of the likes of Highest Point Festival, Live at Leeds, Liverpool Sound City, and provided support for The Lottery Winners at the prestigious Manchester Albert Hall, Lois has built a reputation as one to watch which is more than delivered on with the release of the new EP.

Across the EP ‘Strange Men’, Lois demonstrates her soulful vocal delivery and ear for making musically rich soundscapes often adorned with swinging beats, deep bass, tight beats, twinkling keys, subtle electronics, moments of vibrant sax and warming acoustic guitar. Topped with her ever silky, glittering and emotive lead vocal vocals, ethereal backing vocals, the EP showcases Lois’ rich musical ability, subtlety and beauty.
